Since we opened our first care home, we have provided a wide variety of special needs populations with affordable and specialized housing. Demographics served include but are not limited to: disabled, ex-offender, re-entry, juveniles, deaf, low income, MH, MR and other special needs populations. A Simple Process to your New Home

Easy & Electronic Application

Once referral form is received and reviewed, we offer an efficient and hassle-free application process, all documents are submitted electronically.

Home Tour

Once  application & required documents have been reviewed, an in-person tour and consultation will be scheduled.

Final Interview & Approval Process

Rental agreement will be offered once the entire client application process is completed. Approvals are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the property manager.
